Combine ‘action platformer’ with office life and, theoretically, you get The Company Man. Developed by Forust and published by Leoful, it sort-of satirises office life while serving up what looks like a high-tempo bit of platforming and hack ‘n slash gameplay.

It’ll be making its debut on Switch in early 2022 priced at USD19.99 / EUR19,99, and it could be quite entertaining. You can see some of the official blurb below.

The Company Man is a classic action platformer inspired by the popular American TV series “The Office”. You play as Jim, a young salaryman starting out at the Good Water Company. Unsatisfied with how the company is run, Jim sets out to overthrow his boss and become the CEO. Launch email attacks against coworkers with a powerful keyboard, run and jump across departments from Human Resources to Marketing, boost up with coffee beans, and show them who’s boss!

It looks a bit more eventful than a typical office, for sure, but we’ve all fantasized of wielding a keyboard like a powered up sword…

We’ll keep an eye out for full release details in the coming weeks; is this one for your wishlist?
