The Sonic the Hedgehog 2 movie has launched in Japanese cinemas and before the movie started fans were greeted with a short new trailer for Sonic Frontiers. The trailer shows Sonic running through the game’s open world and it clearly states once again that Sonic’s new 3D adventure is on track to launch towards the end of 2022. We are expecting to see more footage of Sonic Frontiers during Gamescom which kicks off on Tuesday with the Opening Night presentation hosted by Geoff Keighley.
