It’s now a year since Naraka: Bladepoint‘s release on PC and its popularity continues to grow; particularly since its launch on Xbox Series X|S and with Xbox Game Pass.

Apart from Naraka’s thrilling melee-based battles, with combatants utilizing parkour to navigate terrain — and outmaneuver opponents — its success owes much to regular content drops. Starting today, players will finally be able to explore and fight on Holoroth, Naraka: Bladepoint’s newest map. With an emphasis on verticality, skydive down from towers and zip across cities, before making your enemies bow down to the might of your arsenal and fighting skills.

Holoroth’s contrast between extreme heat and cold will leave you sweating — or shivering — in the midst of your battles. Environmental dangers loom around every corner of the map, so make sure to stay focussed as you traverse the diverse landscape.

Holoroth is a large and unforgiving map, presenting a harsh challenge, even for seasoned players. So the addition of Ziping Yin, a female healer, will be a welcome one; as she joins Naraka’s roster for the anniversary event. Ziping Yin’s skillset is geared towards Naraka: Bladepoint‘s newest players.

While Ziping Yin is a healer, she also boasts some kick-ass moves and should quickly become a favorite amongst new and old players alike. As we look forward to the next year of Naraka: Bladepoint content, the development team’s focus will be making the game more accessible for newer players by lowering the learning curve.

Following a year of developing Naraka, the team at 24 entertainment are aiming to enrich the in-game experience by adding more objects, weather systems, consumables, and NPCs across Naraka: Bladepoint’s maps.

You can celebrate Naraka: Bladepoint’s anniversary by logging in during the anniversary event; where you will receive free Duel Blades Legendary and Viper Ning skins. Naraka is also running a a 50% discount event for a limited time through August 29.
