Nintendo of Europe has taken to Twitter to confirm that the first wave of downloadable content for the recently announced Splatoon 3 Expansion Pass will be arriving very soon. The first slice of new content will arrive on Tuesday, 28th February and will see the return of Inkopolis from the original Splatoon game on the Wii U. Players who purchase the Expansion Pass will be able to chose their home base and switch between both Inkopolis and Splatsville. It should be noted that the two hubs are purely aesthetic choices and that the same items and all-important weapons will be sold across both locations. However, Inkopolis will include new and returning faces such as Spyke and Jelonzo, the stylish proprietor of Jelly Fresh. The second wave from the Splatoon 3 Expansion Pass is titled Side Order and it revolves around Splatoon 2’s Inkopolis Square. Side Order doesn’t have a firm release date yet, but as soon as it is announced we shall let you know.
