TT Games is rumored to have a big project going on right now as they give the Lego Harry Potter games a similar makeover to that given to the Star Wars games in Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. The catch is that this has reportedly meant the indefinite delay of Lego Batman 4, while the proposed Mandalorian DLC for The Skywalker Saga also hangs in the balance.

Lego Batman 4 may not see the light of day

Lego Batman 4 has apparently been completely pushed to one side to make way for the Lego Harry Potter saga reboot according to sources who spoke to Nintendo Life. While the game hasn’t been officially canceled, the state of game development at TT Games right now does not bode well for its future.

A Lego Disney game was canceled after four years in development, although this was reportedly because of its many similarities to the early access release of Disney Dreamlight Valley. Other casualties include Lego Guardians of the Galaxy, a mobile port of Lego Worlds, and a non-Lego shooter originally based on the Funko license. Support for Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has also stalled because of the Harry Potter project, meaning players may never see the rumored narrative-based Mandalorian DLC either. WB Games even has Lego games in development at other studios too.

No more details are available on the Lego Harry Potter reboot, but if the rumors are true, we should hear about it soon.
