We’re not sure if Sega and Atlus meant for this normally $60 bundle (or £50 in the UK) to cost absolutely nothing, but if you check the entry for this DLC pack in the European PlayStation Store, you can download it at no cost for PS4. (This does not apply for the PS5 version.) We recommend getting this treasure now before some boss shows up.
This bundle being free is likely a mistake
The Persona 5 Royal DLC Pack, as found by Push Square, is currently free of charge in Europe, and includes all DLC found in the Kasumi Costume Bundle, Battle Bundle, Royal Persona Bundle, and six individual sets of DLC.
For comparison, the US PlayStation Store has the Persona 5 Royal DLC Bundle at $60. The source of the confusion could be due to the Persona 5 Royal Legacy DLC Bundle being free, which is meant to give players all the additional content from the original game. Perhaps that the reason for the mix-up.
That said, you can go ahead and click “add to library” for the bundle in Europe before the higher-ups find out what’s happening.
Persona 5 Royal received a 4-hour free trial through PS Plus Premium in February. A Persona 6 and Persona 3 remake could be revealed during the summer this year.
