Super Smash Bros. Melee
The gun, along with the bell, are both used as reflection textures on the club. The effect is barely visible, especially with the gun since the reflection stretches across the shaft, but the bell is somewhat visible on the head (third pic) pic.twitter.com/20jxNW2spu

Mario Party 4
Doors of Doom is a completely luck-based minigame in Mario Party 4 that is home to some of the most absurdly low probabilities in a Mario game. The chance of getting the highest possible score is less than 1 in 1 billion, or 0.00000009%. Details in image. pic.twitter.com/U7VzRFtZ55

Super Mario Sunshine
In Super Mario Sunshine, it is FLUDD that makes Mario take damage when falling from great heights. While not wearing FLUDD, Mario can fall from any height unharmed. When wearing it, he will take fall damage instead. pic.twitter.com/7LEVozbcqX

The issue was that the write gather pipe on these broken CPU's wouldn't stall when it was full or properly report its status, so we had to keep inserting NOPs in the code to slow it down just enough to stop stalls from happening, but not so much to slow down the game. 7/7

Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door contains an early graphic for the rock thrown by the audience, where it was a brick instead. This was likely changed due to the brick being more realistic than a cartoon rock, appearing more violent. Below is the brick reinserted into the game. pic.twitter.com/VDOSi9R1Aw

I apologize for deleting this post earlier. An extremely minor mathematical error was discovered; please accept this corrected version. The probability is

Resident Evil (2002)
Resident Evil (2002). ID'd Jessica Trevor's skull a while back. It's recycled from the Sargasso in Devil May Cry 1, which in turn is based on an image from the front cover of this Japanese medical book… @Crimson_Head @rccinema1 @the_gaming_muse #REBHFun #ResidentEvil pic.twitter.com/YX5YVzS8rK

Resident Evil 0 (2002). ID'd this one ages ago. The frescoed ceiling in the hall of the executive training school is based on one from Sant'Ignazio, Rome. RE0 truly is the Italian Resident Evil. #REBHFun #ResidentEvil pic.twitter.com/2MCUTAaNfw
