New games on Game Pass today!

The last few weeks have been great ones for Game Pass subscribers – whether that be on Xbox or PC. Today though? It’s maybe the best of the best as 3 huge hitting games drop onto the service.

New games come to Game Pass

If you’re a Game Pass subscriber, that being either Xbox Game Pass or PC Game Pass, then in recent times you’ll have spotted a ton of great games joining the scheme. There’s obviously been Starfield and Forza Motorsport. But alongside that have been the likes of Football Manager 2024, the gorgeous looking Thirsty Suitors, Wartales and Jusant.

It’s safe to say it’s been a cracking few weeks and months in fact. But we think today is the best day for a while. And that’s all because 3 huge new games – games you’ll want to play – arrive for free.

Should you have a Game Pass subscription to hand then a new installment in the Like a DragonYakuza series can now be yours. As well as the latest in that of the Dungeons series. And to keep you really busy, Wild Hearts pops up too.

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name

The Man Who Erased His Name is the latest in the long line of Like a Dragon and Yakuza games to drop onto Xbox and Game Pass in recent years. In fact, just a few years back there wasn’t a single Yakuza game on the system. Now? Tons!

Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name focuses on Kazuma Kryu, a once legendary force in the yakuza world, now found deep in conflict thanks to the most mysterious of figures.

With dynamic fighting styles on offer, the usual Yakuza and Like a Dragon entertainment values and more, if you have played any of the previous games in the franchise, we’d suspect that you’ll be falling over yourself to get involved with Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name.

Our full review is fast incoming.

Dungeons 4

It’s been some 6 years since we reviewed Dungeons 3, and 3 since we took in that game’s Complete Collection. The timing seems to be about right for a new installment in the series then. And that’s what we are getting as Dungeons 4 launches to the world, enjoying some Day One Game Pass status effects in the process.

Dungeons 4 promises to be bigger, better and complete with even more dynamic Evilness, as you look to build your forces before sending them up top, into the Overworld in hope of taking in complete and utter dominance.

If you’re familiar with the franchise, you’ll know what to expect here. If not, stick around for our full review of Dungeons 4 on Xbox very soon. With new systems building on that from the past, a decently lengthy campaign pushing you on and the chance to go at it with friends via cooperative multiplayer, hopes are high for what Realmforge Studios and Kalypso Media have put together.

Wild Hearts

Released in February of this year, Wild Hearts now drops onto Game Pass. We think it’s one that many will be wanting to play.

Our 4/5 review from early 2023 will tempt you right in to this one, as we talk you through just how good this unique take on the monster hunting genre works. With the opportunity to take on gigantic beasts in the ways you see fit, teaming up with friends should you so wish, it feels right that Wild Hearts makes moves onto Game Pass.

WILD HEARTS is one for both fresh faces and hardened veterans, and should be seen as the first legitimate threat to Monster Hunter’s unopposed reign at the top.

You can grab downloads of each of those games from the Xbox Store right now, playable across Xbox and PC.

What’s next for Game Pass?

November is a decent month for Game Pass. Spirittea is coming to the service on the 13th, with Coral Island dropping the day after jsut as Rocket Arena ups and leaves.

Then, come the 15th November, we see the usual mid-month cull. There are 8 games leaving the service on that day – Coffee Talk, Exapunks, Ghost Song, Gungrave G.O.R.E., Football Manager 2023 (PC and Console versions), Lapin and Townscaper.

For now, enjoy the new November presents of 3 huge hitting games as they take to Game Pass. Let us know what you’ll be playing first by dropping into the comments.
