The latest rumour doing the rounds online is that the excellent Hi-Fi Rush is Nintendo Switch bound which was sparked by news that a beloved Xbox first party game is coming to “competitor platform” this year. Windows Central, which is generally accurate when it comes to Microsoft Xbox rumours, has expanded on this saying that they have heard from their sources that Microsoft “has been exploring bringing some of its back catalog to other platforms.” There’s quite a few games that would be perfectly suited to either the Nintendo Switch, or possibly Sony’s PlayStation 5. We probably won’t have to wait long to find out, now that the cat is presumably out of the bag.

“They say there’s no smoke without fire. I will say that it has been suggested to me from very trusted, proven sources that Microsoft has been exploring bringing some of its back catalog to other platforms, although some of the details remain vague and unconfirmed. We’ve reached out to Microsoft to comment and clarify its position on this stuff.”
