Sneaky Rat – a new sokoban on Xbox

Ready to tease the cat overlords and grab that tasty cheese? Sneaky Rat is here!

Sneaky Rat is the latest to come from the Penguin Pop Games team (previously behind some crazy gaming opportunities in Salamander Country Public Television and The Pizza Delivery Boy Who Saved the World) as they combine forces with the development team at Cronostase.

Become a Sneaky Rat

Priced at £4.99, in Sneaky Rat you get to play as, well, a sneaky rat. Your goal is to navigate your way through a series of levels, working Sokoban styled mechanics, dodging an evil cat, intent on putting a halt to your stinky plans.

Pushed blocks around set areas if pretty much the par of what is required here, but when doing so you’ll need to dodge the lights, just so those cats cannot see what you are doing. Blocking off light paths, utilising mirrors and boxes, will see you right.

It’s all about getting that cheese at the end of the day, with 50 slices left throughout. Can you help this sneakiest of little rats fulfil their dreams? if you’ve found joy with the plethora of other Sokoban games on Xbox, then you should well like this one.

You’ll find Sneaky Rat on the Xbox Store. It’s playable across Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S, fully optimised for the latter.

Sneaky Rat Description

Help the rat get to the cheese in Sneaky Rat! A rat-loathing cat is watching from above, waiting to pounce on any rodent it sees. In this sokoban-esque puzzler, move the mirrors and boxes located in each level to block the light paths, then reach the cheese without being seen to win. Can you beat all 50 levels and become the sneakiest rat?
