Following a lengthy outage, PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024 is back online along with digital rewards for checking your gameplay stats out. We’ve just gone through our stats again, and can confirm that it’s all smooth sailing. You may get an occasional loading error, but refreshing the page tends to resolve those.
How accurate are PlayStation Wrap-Up 2024 gameplay stats?
This year for a change, all my gameplay stats look accurate, indicating that Sony may have stealthily improved PS5’s busted gameplay counter. I can’t speak for anyone else, however, and should note that my console is always online and I regularly sync my stats.
One peculiar thing I did notice is that PSN still handles video game SKUs in a rather strange way. As part of PlayStation’s 30th anniversary celebrations, this year’s Wrap-Up showcases some lifetime stats for PSN members. My stats page shows that my most played game is Overwatch 2 Season 14: Hazard.
I haven’t touched Overwatch in years so I certainly haven’t played Overwatch 2. I did, however, invest an obnoxious amount of hours into the original Overwatch. This makes me wonder if Overwatch 2 player stats on PlayStation consoles are inflated since both games are apparently lumped together.
