Shigesato Itoi, who is the acclaimed creator behind the beloved Mother series, has retweeted today’s Nintendo Direct presentation announcement. While it seems unlikely that a new Mother game is development over at Nintendo, the retweet could indicate that Earthbound could arrive on the Nintendo Switch SNES app which is available for Nintendo Switch Online subscribers.
