Pokemon Go is an augmented reality location-based game developed by Niantic in collaboration with The Pokemon Company. The game builds upon Niantic’s previous game Ingress, which was made when the company was still a part of Google. Pokemon Go was released on Android and iPhone (along with other iOS devices), and has been downloaded over 75 million times in under a month.
