The cover, pre-order bonus details, and early access dates for WWE 2K22 have allegedly leaked. It looks as though this year’s cover wrestler is none other than Rey Mysterio. Notably, pre-order bonuses include the Undertaker Immortal Pack, which features several skins and perks for The Undertaker. If the leak proves true, early access will reportedly start in early March 2022 ahead of its official release.

What is the WWE 2K22 release date?

While there’s no confirmation on a WWE 2K22 release date, we can actually figure it out through some easy math. According to leaker @NilsAhrDE, the three-day Early Access period will start on March 8, 2022. This puts the official release date at (or around) March 11, 2022. It also lines up with 2K’s announcement from 2021 that the game would be delayed to March 2022.

Importantly, the Deluxe Edition will come with the base game as well as the Undertaker Immortal Pack and Season Pass. The Undertaker pack will also be available as a WWE 2K22 pre-order bonus. The Undertaker Immortal Pack will allow players to play as The Undertaker and includes three different personas: Phantom Mask, Lord of Darkness, and Boneyard Match. Additionally, it will come with MyFACTION EVO cards as well as perks and bonuses for the character.

In other news, HBO’s The Last of Us live-action adaptation has cast actress Storm Reid and Riley, a character from the game’s DLC. Despite telling fans that it would reconsider doing NFTs after backlash, Sega has also decided to trademark their own NFT brand.
