The nominees for this year’s DICE Awards 2023 have been announced by the The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences and there’s some big names on the list like Elden Ring, Bayonetta 3 and God of War Ragnarok along with some great indie picks including the charming Tunic and explosive Neon White. There are a number of different categories this year and you can view the the full list of games nominated here. The DICE Awards ceremony will be livestreamed on Thursday, 23rd February from Resorts World in Las Vegas.
“A total of 61 games released in 2022 are nominated. God of War: Ragnarök leads the pack with 12 nominations, followed by Horizon Forbidden West earning 8 and Elden Ring with 7. Tying with 4 nominations each are Call of Duty: Modern Warfare ll, IMMORTALITY, Moss: Book II, TUNIC, and Vampire Survivors. Finalists for 2022’s top honor, Game of the Year, are: Elden Ring, God of War Ragnarök, Horizon Forbidden West, Stray, and Vampire Survivors.”
