Pixelated narrative adventure A Space for the Unbound will be making its way to Switch this year from publisher PQube and developer Mojiken Studios.

The game will follow Atma and Raya on a journey of self-discovery as they navigate the end of their high school years. It’s a story that focuses on overcoming anxiety, depression, and the relationship between the two leads as mysterious events begin to unfold around them.

Here’s a rundown of features from PQube:

– Stunning pixel art paired with a moving soundtrack completes an immersive narrative experience
Unique mechanic ‘space diving’ lets you jump into people’s minds allowing you to uncover their real thoughts and feelings
Explore 90s rural Indonesia with a wide range of characters to meet across the town
Not everything is as it seems… A comet is heading for earth. And these dreams Atma keeps having, are they real?

No specific release date has been set for the game at the time of writing, but if you’re looking to try it out before it lands on Switch, you can play the opening chapter for free over on Steam.
