In recent times, Hamster has been releasing Bandai Namco games for its Arcade Archives collection on the Nintendo Switch. This week, the trend continues with the release of the 1983 action title, Mappy.

“Players control MAPPY, an enthusiastic, committed police officer on a mission to reclaim stolen goods from a mansion. Avoid getting caught by NYAMCO (GORO) and MEWKIES (MEOWKIES) while you take back the goods!”

As usual, Hamster’s releases are available for $7.99 USD or your regional equivalent. This game follows on from the release of Rally-X last week and even the original Pac-Man in recent times.

In related news, earlier this week it was discovered Hamster recently filed a trademark for ‘Console Archives’. You can read more about this in our previous post.
