Japan: Nintendo Switch family sells nearly 61K this week and Ring Fit Adventure back at No.1

The latest Japanese physical video game software and hardware sales charts are in from sales tracker Famitsu. The best-selling system this week is once again the Nintendo Switch family of systems which sold 60,942 units, while the latest PlayStation and Xbox consoles continue to face stock issues. The top ten was almost entirely dominated by Nintendo Switch software with the best-selling game being the quirky fitness title Ring Fit Adventure for the Switch which has now sold 2,804,231 units. Here’s the best-selling software and hardware for the week beginning 30th August, 2021 to 5th September, 2021.
