Midori: Project SPRed in development at Nintendo, Red is Mario’s codename

Renowned video game leaker Midori is back with some more leaks this time related to Nintendo. She says that one game in development at the Kyoto-based company is codenamed SPRed and that Mario‘s code name is known internally as Red. The Nintendo Switch game Super Mario Odyssey was known as RedStar and that there was a project in development at Nintendo known as SilverStar. We’ve been long over due a brand new 3D Mario game as Super Mario Odyssey launched in 2017 and it seems likely that we will get one on the Switch 2 when its speculated to launch early next year.
