The charts are in for the biggest gaming market in Europe, the United Kingdom, for the month of September and hardware sales were booming and up 41%. Sony’s PlayStation 5 remains the best-selling console in the UK during 2022, Xbox Series X|S came in at No.2 in September and Nintendo Switch family of systems were third. The best-selling video game proved to be FIFA 22 from EA Sports, which is always a heavy hitter throughout the continent. Sadly, Nintendo doesn’t reveal its eShop download data, but in terms of physical sales Splatoon 3 was the second best-selling game of the month.
