UK: Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) comfortably outperformed Switch Lite launch

Games Industry which has obtained data on UK video game sales says that the Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) has had a decent launch here in the United Kingdom. The Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) outperformed the Switch Lite console launch back in 2019. The publication says the Nintendo Switch (OLED Model) accounted for 70% of all Switch sales last week. So it will certainly keep Sony’s PlayStation 5 and Microsoft’s Xbox Series X|S consoles temporarily nipping at the Switch’s heels for the time being and it will be interesting to see how the system performs in November when the Black Friday sales kick off.
