Having previously found success and acclaim over on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam, I dream of you and ice cream makes moves onto the Xbox systems that we love, working on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S for just £3.29. That’s a super cheap price, one that beats both other formats, and one that will mean the launch of the game on Xbox is seen as hugely appealing.
If you do decide to drop in, then you’ll find similar to what took place on Steam and Switch previously. It’s pretty dark too, belying the name to deliver something of sheer madness. Basically put though, this is a simple point-and-clicker in which the vast majority of play is thrust onto the puzzle solving. The thing is, solve a couple of tests and you’ll be rewarded with partial solutions for future challenges. We like hints!

Clinging to a few precious memories, with each passing day the scientist gathers components and toils on their obscure project, as the clock ticks relentlessly towards a horrifying climax. I dream of you and ice cream is a point-and-click adventure game with a very simple interface and an emphasis on puzzle solving. For every two puzzles solved, players are rewarded with a partial solution which can be used in another puzzle. There are no spoken lines or written dialogue in the game: Everything is communicated through speech bubbles, symbols and emotions.
